Each dispatch speed has its own cut-off time. Orders confirmed and paid before the cut-off on a working day will enter production for that turnaround: 10 Day (Saver): order by 23:59. 7 Day: order by 23:59. 5 Day: order by 23:59. 3 Day: order by 23:59. Same Day: order by 12:00 Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed the next working day.

Yes. All orders are dispatched via tracked courier from our UK workshop. Delivery is typically next working day after despatch. We offer 5 despatch speed options — from 10 Day (Saver) Despatch through to our most economical saver option - so you can choose the speed that fits your deadline and budget.
Our ordering system shows you a live preview of your design on the tote bag as you configure. For most orders, this is sufficient. If you need a formal proof, get in touch and we'll arrange one - but it may add a day to your turnaround.
